For arthritis/tingling, eat.....

FOR ARTHRITIS OR TINGLING, EAT:

Green leafy foods (kale, collards, etc etc)
Sprouts
Sea vegetables
Wheatgrass

Note: In your diet, a deficiency of even one amino acid can cause symptoms as diverse as allergies, low energy, reduced digestion ability, infection, and premature aging.
